Build
Build the foundations—your strength, your habits, your skills and your capacity.

Samantha Lourens · Owner of ARO Strength
ARO is direction built on three core principles—Build. Battle. Become.
Build the foundations—your strength, your habits, your skills and your capacity.
Learn to work through the challenge—the plateaus, the discomfort and the moments where progress requires more from you.
Become stronger, more capable and more confident in what your body can do.

“I don’t know what to do in the gym.”
ARO gives you a clear plan, teaches you how to perform it and explains why each exercise is there—so you walk in knowing exactly what to do.
“I train, but I’m not seeing changes.”
Your training is tracked and progressed, not repeated at random. Load, volume, nutrition and recovery are adjusted so your effort leads somewhere.
“I can’t stay consistent.”
Your training is built around your schedule, with clear priorities and regular accountability. When life gets busy, the plan adapts—so one missed session doesn’t become giving up.

Client stories
Real experiences from people who have built strength, confidence and consistency through training with ARO.
“Sam adapted my training around my injury, took the time to understand my physio recommendations and helped me build confidence in both training and nutrition. Her commitment to your progress is obvious.”
— Vanessa“I originally planned to train with Sam just long enough to learn the gym. Two years later, I’m still training with her twice a week because of the value she brings. I’m stronger, more resilient and genuinely look forward to my sessions.”
— Kerry“I went from feeling stuck and inconsistent to feeling stronger, more confident and actually enjoying training. Sam makes sessions challenging but achievable and you feel supported the whole way.”
